I made some curry the other day, and it made me miss this board.

So, hi! Bret's still looking pretty I see.

How much do I love Bret? Like, THIS MUCH. That dance sequence made the season for me. But I couldn't like this episode too much because I was squicked out by the absolute skeeviness of Todd. And his skeeviness wasn't even offset by any hilarity, because I just found him to be alternately annoying an...

HEEEE!!!

Being a ridiculously obssessed Ringer, the presence of Frodo Don't Wear The Ring makes me ridiculously excited. SO SO EXCITED. SEE? I CAN'T STOP TYPING IN CAPS!

I interpreted it as no threesome action at all. Because Jem and the girl both took a break, leaving Bret by himself. So I think it was more like a naked sitting around party.

If they can work Petrov and Nothin' Wrong I would be such a happy camper. But I highly doubt it's going to happen since I can't imagine a plotline where the songs would fit. But then again, my imagination is shot compared to the boys'. HEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! is my reaction to the latest episode....

Thanks guys. I'd blush at the nice things said if I believed you. (Ha! Seriously. I can't take compliments. Which makes one wonder why I'm attempting to dive into a career that is dependent on compliments [and criticism]). Indy , I'll be there a while (I want to school there, so hopefully the move i...

I'm not trying to sound pretentious

You want pretentious? If musical taste was an indicator for age, I'd be 150, since my favourite musician is still Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart (note the way I adoringly type out his entire name). ;)

Hee! Indy, were they good?

I mother hen all the artists/musicians/writers that I love. What can I say? I hate to see the pressures of the machine messing with their art. So, minus the proof of managing a site dedicated to them for years, I echo Sherry's post, and reiterate that no one here lacks faith in the boys, we lack fai...

Thanks, Sherry, but as a practicing existentialist, it is my responsibility to be hard on myself. That's where life's meaning stems from you see. ;) And really, half the time when I'm being self-depracating, I don't really mean it. Or I do, but it's become so second nature that I don't really feel a...

And Fawlty Towers. Don't forget that one. That's the penultimate Brit sitcom for me.

Though I have just started watching Black Books and I do agree that it's fantastic.

All those thoughts have crossed my mind as well. I would much rather have this season end than have the show continue only for the quality to sink even lower (not that it's low right now - just not as high as I'd originally hoped) and, god forbid, for them to resort to hiring songwriters. That would...

All right, lately, I've swallowed the fact that a slight loss of dignity goes hand in hand with success in the art world - if you want a chance at making it your profession, you must become comfortable with whoring yourself around. Metaphorically, of course. So, check me out! I paint things! http://...

The great thing about FoTC humour is that I think it would appeal to people of all ages. The subjects are simple enough and lyrics outrageous enough to appeal to younger ones, and there are enough references to older artists such as Bowie to reward those who grew up listening to those artists. I mea...

Man, I love Murray. This was my favourite episode yet.

And between Murray's Bryce Canyon button-down, the leather outfits, and Bret's favourite stripey jersey making an appearance I'm going to have to nominate wardrobe for best performance tonight.
