Cankersaurus, you made the HBO On Demand feature!

The nice girl with the tee-shirt also had some air time. I'll see if I can extract your bits this weekend.

Re: 2009 tour - Ticket swap/sale

- EDIT -
I have an agreement for purchase on these. Thank you, and good luck to everyone!

(I have two seats (orchestra left center, H120 and 122) for the Tower Theatre, Upper Darby, PA, April 18th. The value with fees is $102 for the pair. These are for the 10 p.m. show.)

Not sure where to put this, but I'm proud of the boys:

That's my son on lead vocals, with their "sexified" version of "Business Time." This was a benefit his band, The Flying Pigs, put together for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Naah (and, thanks!). Sixth row of the loge, far right. I don't use flash so I don't attract much attention, even with a zoom lens. I prefer my LA photos, which were from a very different angle.

Burning questions! Eugene Mirman opened, yes? How was he? What shoes was Jemaine wearing? Those odd martial-arts ones from HBO One Night Stand? Did they hang around to see the last fan, or did they scoot after a few minutes? Mirman was fantastic, very refreshing and willing to roll with what the ro...

Hey Sherry, how was the extra LA day added? What I'm getting at is, if another NY day were added, how would we find out (and how much warning)? I don't know know how most people get their FOTC gig info, but for me, if not for whatthefolk, I'd be in the dark bigtime. Cuse, I think I can field this. ...

"... no idea she could sing" ? She's won a Tony award as Best Actress in a Musical! Here's a bit of a bio: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1900397/bio Seeing her in FoTC was a great reminder of the truly talented people Bret and Jemaine can draw into their projects. On the one hand, I wish they...

Personally, the funniest was the both of them dancing down the street at the end. Can you imagine driving down the street and seeing two guys dancing like maniacs? I'm sure there was a large group of people behind the camera, but it seems the camera was about a block away, giving the impression tha...

I thought it was brilliant. In a way, it addresses the main complaint about the series -- that nothing happens, and that the characters of Bret and Jemaine are too passive. When Bret is angry, he dances -- and he apparently is resolved to action, as he immediately found a new partner. Mel and Murray...

It would seem that Jemaine is a bit more diplomatic (or media-savvy) than is Bret.

My favorite scene is the one in the living room. I like the nod to Weird Al on the cover of "Novelty Music Scene". I'm happy to report that that did not go unnoticed by Al's fans, who have been lauding FoTC on their parallel universe board, "World of Weird Al Yankovic." I don't ...

Amaria, I think you nailed it perfectly. Might I add that some fans also tend to pester for replies and favors. Not always; I do pages for some bands with cool fans; but when you do comic songs and seem very approachable, some fans misinterpret that. Weird Al, who actually does monitor his own page,...
