Woah. My stomach went all fluttery when I saw those pictures.
Gorgeous. I went to Ireland last April and I thought it was the most beautiful place, but New Zealand looks beautiful in a completely different way. *sigh* So many places to experience, so little time. So little money... :P

MadMax, thanks so much! I am SO there, when I get done with school! I have been planning this for about 18 months! These pics are just gorgeous! *cyberhugs*
I email a friend from NZ and she tells me of some of the same sites to see but you guys have given me a few new ones to add to the list! Thanks a bunch! :D

Don't worry. Sharks in New Zealand have no teeth.

Wow, that is an interesting species. What do they eat?
Do they swallow "prize bull" meat? Fish fingers?

Oh, they should! We need help. Save us from our oppressive right wing, war mongering government. "Did you see him repressing me, did ya, did ya?"

If you just want to go over for a while, and work your way through the country, check out this site:

Help! Help! I'm being repressed!

I enjoy all of your MP quotes, Andria!

dj, that website is so tempting! Do you think my boyfriend would mind if I went to New Zealand for a few months?

I really can't see the allure - who needs fresh air, gorgeous scenery, nice people? Oh, and I will only swim if I know there are at least two different kinds of sharks at the ready - I prefer the bull and the tiger, but will settle for the white tip and the great white, if that's all that is available.

Some of those shots remind me of beautiful Norway. God, my heart aches. I want to crawl right into those pictures.

Thank you so much for posting them.

Hey dj, we're only separated by one little state. We could meet up in SC and then head off to NZ! I'm thinking the chilled retail groover job sounds great!
