Yum!

It's just barely 8 in the morning and I'm already craving chocolate biscuits and strawberries, because of posts here on the board. What next?

Absolutely lovely!

I really need to organize my photos better, but here are a couple I've done recently for a weekly photo project.

This one was taken when I was down in Florida this summer visiting family and such. We were in Daytona for the latest shuttle launch. We went down on the beach to watch and this is a shot of the smoke trail.

Such vibrant colors! Great pictures, everyone. I’ve said it before, so much talent here. Me, I like sunsets. Power lines…not so much. Forgive the graininess of the photo, it was taken with a very old camera, all I had at the time. We’ll just call it “artsy”.

I forgot one

Mouth of the Murray River in South Australia.
I grew up reading books about this river, so to
stand at its end was an incredible moment for me.

Wow, great pictures everyone! I especially like the Murray River one, the sunrises/sets and the matchstick. Very cool.

Here are a few more I scaled down for the forum.

Thanks, Jones! That was a fun afternoon. I tromped my way around town in the snow and took a bunch of shots.

I didn't take these but I still think they're cool. I don't think they were photoshopped. They are supposedly pics of Hurricane Katrina
