I don't remember where in here we had a discussion about art and "the urinal", so I'm just putting this article here. This entire site is fabulous, and the Axl Rose piece that I have a link to below made me laugh hysterically. I think I've put a link to his site before actually....

anyway:

The Chaser

I've recently discovered this site. I am always much amused by such scribings.

And also this one, a very Aussie way with words

Lazy Pollie Watch

Watching birds (of the feathered kind) being lazy it ain't. But its cool. Taxpayers and voters are what keep them there, earning their crust, so fair play on 'dobbing' the skiving ones in. If only we had the same sort of site over here.... :hrm: There are no end to skiving politicians here. Cripes, we had one enter the 'celeb' (read Z listers) Big Brother last year. Admittedly he did not draw a salary while in there, but hell, if I was one of his constituants, I'd be cross :hrmpf:

And yes, while this is mildy political, it is in no way my personal views on politics :P Its just a good idea that soneone has come up with  Amusing site is all.

Some of you folks in other parts of the world may not have even heard of these ads for Budweiser. These are some of the funniest ads I have ever heard. Very FoTC-ish. I don't know who writes these but they are hilarious.

stumble upon dot com

Its kind of like a search engine, only you can give sites a thumbs up or down, write reviews, see who elses likes/dislikes a site, rate it...

You get the idea. Addictive

And you get a nifty lil plug in on your Firefox (they don't support Opera the barstewards) browser to simply allow you to rate/review etc as you browse.

Cripes, this beats bash.org/digg/fark for timewasting hands down

We got a few of them aired over here. We snickered for sure. Cool ads, cool ads, but still a crappy beer :roll2:

The funny thing is that I think you actually get a slightly better version of it in Britain/Europe than we do here! I guess there's only so much you can do to improve what is barely flavored water.

i used this for a few weeks. its nifty and you find lots of random sites...but even with loads of different topics listed i started getting repeats pretty quick which was a bummer. but you do come across some random awesome stuff.
