hello from edinburgh

Postby mello » Tue Jul 22, 2008 2:44 am

hey guys!

brand new fan here - a friend emailed me a link to a video on youtube (i think because she fancied them!) and now my life has been overtaken by watching/reading everything i can find about the guys. seriously, it's gotten pretty bad. i decided the only thing to do was join a forum where so i can stop nagging all my friends about how awesome they are...i think they think i'm a total freak - hopefully you wont!

brilliant website by the way.
can somebody please remove these cutleries from my knees?

 Welcome to our group! :welcome:

We have a wide array of old timers and newbies but all are just a bit unhinged! :whitey:
The big question is- are you a Bretoholic or a Jemainiac???

PS- I find Edinburgh one of the best cities in the world. I've been looking forward for years to make my way back and stay for awhile. Of course, I will have to wait for the Pound and Dollar to come a little bit closer.
Why don't you accept me as your God!?

is it not possible to be both a Bretoholic and a Jemainiac?

don't make me choose! it'll be like sophie's choice all over again.

only, you know, less tragic.

No need to choose then as both are worthy of adoration.

Edinburgh - ahh memories -one of my fave places ev-ah! And a Scots accent makes me weak in the knees so even though I can't hear you I'll imagine you speaking and sigh.

i feel totally ashamed to be an edinburger and never to have seen the guys in the festival!

to be fair, i usually try to hibernate throughout the festival to avoid killing street performers, or the really annoying tourists who ask me to say "oh aye the noo".

After living in Orlando, New Orleans and New York City, I have issues with tourists as well, so I don't blame you!

Welcome! I think you'll be in good company here! And it's quite acceptable to be bi-conchordian here. No need to choose!
