Hi Guys!

Postby xemena » Sat Feb 18, 2006 9:17 pm

Hi everybody,

I’ve been lurking around for a little while on this forum. I first discovered the conchords while watching Craig Ferguson. I usually don’t watch the last part of any late night talk show because the bands almost always blow. However, I was too lazy to turn off the T.V. and I heard Craig saying his next guests were from New Zealand (quite exotic). And since seeing Whale Rider, I’ve been a fan of New Zealand of all things New Zealandish so I decided to keep watching. I could not stop laughing, it was hi-LARE-ious (as Jemaine puts it so eloquently).

Thanks Gayle for the welcome on the other thread!

That's right, Johnnyp, I've been secretly stalking you.

Indigo Jones, I think you may have created the next big catchphrase.

Thanks all for the warm welcome.

Oh no. Gayle's the one responsible for that lovely catch phrase. She gets all the credit! :D I'm just trying to help spread the word.

 Aw, gee thanks. It was inspired by the Bret and friends photo featured in the Bootylicious Flyday thread in the Bret forum, seen here. There's five guys in the photo and 6 visible nipples. The rest was just a matter of time, really.
