What the Folk in the Guardian

Postby Cleren » Sat Jul 04, 2009 2:51 pm

The Guide in the Guardian's Saturday edition has a regular page on the internet, and in today's edition the 'Blog Roll' column features FotC sites. Fifth item down, after Mel's Blog, is What the Folk - "The original fan site (they loved them even before Mel)".

It's on line at

ITA, and there are at least two I would add. Mel's Blog is quite brilliant and I'm glad they put it in there.

I don't read the column religiously every week, but from what I have seen, a majority of the things they post aren't blogs, they're sites.

Maybe they did start listing blogs, as the name of the column suggests, but found there were't enough interesting ones, especially if they want half a dozen on a particular theme.

Not enough interesting blogs. Who'd have thought it was even possible, eh? I can barely contain my astonishment.
