Saffy, what an adorable picture! You are glowing!
Jemaine looks as scruff-alicious as when I met him in NY. Where and when did you meet?

I wasn't immediately in love with the beard he had at the beginning of the year but then I saw this and my mind was changed: http://www.flickr.com/photos/nzbard/2262225896/

I know I should love the shorts and I'm working on that but I certainly love the balls it takes to wear them. :)

That was one day scruffier than when I met him in Philly (see avatar pic) ergo 24 hrs more scruffalicious.

By the 2nd night in NYC he had shaved. :(

I love the look on Jem's face after Bret tells him that he shouldn't tell America about cutting off the rat's tail - he looks genuinely concerned for second -lol!

Awwww..thanks! I met the guys after the Columbus show. I am still flying on a cloud! Bret was sweet, but I lost my mind while talking to Jemaine. They were sweet and a couple of my friends had met them at other shows and the guys rememebered them. I am so glad that the hubby was cool with me catching a plane and taking the time away from the family to meet the guys! 8)

If my brain cells are working, they're wearing what they wore at Bonnaroo, I think.

Thanks for posting the video - I haven't seen it in a long time.

You flew from Atlanta to Columbus to see the guys? That's incredible.

I have the best hubby ever! Here is what he did for my birthday last year...

http://www.whatthefolk.net/forum/viewto ... c&start=15

My post is at the bottom of the page. I have to say almost a year later, he is totally tired of my obsession, but he tends to ignore most of my foolishness. I went to see the guys in Columbus...he got a Wii. I think it was well worth it!

He's a keeper, for sure! But it's nice that he got a Wii. Nothing compares to meeting the guys, but a Wii's not a bad bartering tool!

I don't know what it is about Jemaine, but he makes my brain all mushy. The random things that came out of my mouth...I'm surprised that he didn't run away from me. I won't get into details, but there are about 100 things that I wanted to say to him, and not one of them came into my brain while I was talking to him. But he was totally sweet. I can't wait to meet him again...maybe I won't be such a spazz.
