Post Your Desktop!

Postby LauraK » Wed Apr 01, 2009 2:26 am

Now granted...all of us might not have Jemaine and Bret plastered on our desktops. I'm pretty new to the guys so I just want my eyes to drink em up on whatever surface they might land.....

So! Here's mine right now: (And for the unforseeable future) (Before? Dexter.)

Oh Yis......I see you staring at me, boys.....

YUM. I love seeing Jemaine all big like that. (Bret's not bad either)

My desktop is the Dell logo carved into styrofoam. It's a testament to laziness.

I respect your preparedness in having paint ready to receive your printscreen.

Sadly my computer has been out of commission for nigh on a year(he was due home yesterday, but he aint here.), and the desktop I stare upon daily is not my own. And the one I do use is not the sixy boys but the most beautiful girl in any room, if I recollect precisely. And half her face looks like a zombie's, should you cover the other half with say your finger or toe. I hope I have described it in ample enough detail for you to forgive its absence.

Yes Mockingbird, it is yummy seeing them all big. :) My monitor's big, so their hids look life-size.

Fool, lol. I was playing on Paint before I decided to start this thread. Should've made it clean and spare before capturing, huh? :p
So, you have a half-zombified Sally? Sounds pretty cool....I'd love to see it when you get your computer fixed up.
I was just reading a review on Pride and Predjudice and Zombies....... 8)

I am laughing, SheWolf, because there is an almost identical picture on the Jem photo thread that Val just posted and I thought to myself, "Hmm, I may use that as my avatar..."

Oh, those are some very nice wallpapers.... :heartbeat:

Here's some info, Mockingbird: (and how awesome is that cover??)

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies -- Pride and Prejudice and Zombies features the original text of Jane Austen's beloved novel with all-new scenes of bone-crunching zombie action. As our story opens, a mysterious plague has fallen upon the quiet English village of Meryton—and the dead are returning to life! Feisty heroine Elizabeth Bennet is determined to wipe out the zombie menace, but she's soon distracted by the arrival of the haughty and arrogant Mr. Darcy. What ensues is a delightful comedy of manners with plenty of civilized sparring between the two young lovers—and even more violent sparring on the blood-soaked battlefield as Elizabeth wages war against hordes of flesh-eating undead. Complete with 20 illustrations in the style of C. E. Brock (the original illustrator of Pride and Prejudice), this insanely funny expanded edition will introduce Jane Austen's classic novel to new legions of fans.

Jane Austen is the author of Sense and Sensibility, Persuasion, Mansfield Park, and other masterpieces of English literature.

Seth Grahame-Smith is the author of How to Survive a Horror Movie and The Big Book of Porn. He lives in Los Angeles.

I have a mac and it's set to rotate images every minute. There's just so much goodness to choose only one. ;)

Hooray for Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. I can't wait to read this book. It can only be made better by the fact that I've never read Pride and Prejudice. Finally, the perfect opportunity.

I should pick it for my book club. I can totally picture it - "This month I picked Pride and Prejudice -" (side murmuring of "oh I love that book, mmm yes, Mr. Darcy, very nice") "-and Zombies." Um, what was that last part? There is one woman in my book club who would find that very funny, I think the rest would just be appalled.

I don't know how to post an image (well, not of my desktop anyway), but I'm currently using the one titled "Indifference" from the Motivational thread. Just loved all of those in that thread and switch them up often.
