Fan-made video concoctions

Postby ravenhpltc24 » Thu Apr 30, 2009 8:49 pm

Hello, wtf! This is my first post, but I've been a dedicated lurker of this site for a few months now. Anyway, I thought I'd share some little fotc-related projects I've put together recently in my spare time. Here's one I just finished: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pIIUbnO6 ... annel_page

If you would like to take a look, any feedback would be greatly appreciated! :D

Nice!

I checked out the fan-made documentary too. It had some good clips of the performance at Amoeba that I haven't seen before.

You are a really good editor! That was really enjoyable to watch... you assembled a lot of clips from the huge amount of media that is out there... and you finished with the talking stove bit, which still is up there as one of my favourite moments.

 That was terrific, very enjoyable to watch, and was quite professional-looking. Must be the editing, like robyn said. Well done and :welcome:

The scene with the talking stove neverever fails to make me giggle.....

Thanks so much, guys! I'm glad you liked it. This is one of my many video-related projects that is the result of too much free time and infatuation. I'd really like to include more of Murray in the next one... :hrm:

That's really good :) I enjoyed it. So much so I am going to go write a site update and post it on the news page :)

And Bad Atom's video game linkage. Perfect time to have a fan update as I am ignoring all the tour stuff today  Otherwise my head will explode

You know Raven, I've watched your edited video documentary several times, and honestly I think it is one of the best ones out there. Even better than the professional ones! I put it on my favorites so I can watch it again. I'm amazed with your creativity, especially being so young. Are you planning to go into a field in film, TV, or journalism?

Wow, thank you so much Corrine, and Sherry too! Hannah Clarke did a lot of the work in the documentary, though. But thank you. :D Graduating high school is first on my list of things to do, but believe it or not, I'll be attending Ithaca College in the fall as a Television/Radio major. They've got some awesome programs for me, I'm so excited.

Yup so, my old account was eaten by youtube for something that had nothing to do with the Flight of the Conchords videos I made.

Here's a link to my new account with all the old videos: http://www.youtube.com/user/ravensaccount3

Here's the link to the new one I just made today, as a tribute to Little Red. :D (See the thread in Bret's forum).
