Ohhhh, I'd have had such butterflies on the trek through the Melkweg's halls and stairs.... :o It's easy to have the right thing to say sitting in front of a computer monitor but in person? Being thrust upon them unexpectedly in a slightly Mel-like fashion??
I think I'd have been relieved at the denial, too....

F'lex obviously found you ladies attractive and was trying to ingratiate himself....:waggle: What's the story on his nickname? :)

Thanks SW. :horny: Ah yis. Now I remember....lathered Conchords....*feels faint*

Laura! Why didn't I think of THAT explanation? It's so simple...and TRUE even! :roll2: I have an extra ticket to Vegas? I think you should come with us!

See, Matt? Now that you've heard the whole story, will you please remove the restraining order? :waiting:  And we completely forgive you for misjudging. If you want to make it up to us...perhaps a backstage pass in Vegas or LA would be appropriate? :eyelashes:

"Sluttiness??!?!?" What? :halo: In my defense, I am equally friendly with EVERYONE I meet. True, right? I chatted up the girl selling merch too... She even held back a teatowel for me. :D

Yeah, but not SW or Lex, I'm pretty sure just me. :? The second night after I discovered that I had been oblivious to Bret's brief appearance in the lobby.... :tears: :cross:  ....I had gone out to the street to perhaps catch a glimpse of Mr. McKenzie, and I saw Matt leaving. We had a brief conversation, and well...while I must admit that his comment was perhaps partly true on some level... ...he was completely wrong in doubting the sincerity of my request, I truly had nothing personal to gain by it and my motives at that moment were pure. :boohoo: :halo: :boohoo:

Oh Matt, why so cynical? :wag: (it couldn't be because it LOOKED like we had been up to "all kinds of tomfoolery to steal a feel of some family jewelry"...the day before) but, but, but that was NOT our idea. :hrmpf: You've misjudged me (mostly) sir!

Yes, some backstage passes would make me feel much better... :D

I don't remember his exact words, but I'm pretty sure he was implying (in his own adorable way) that my request was a ruse. :hrmpf: It was NOT, sir. *becomes offended all over again*
