Bret's Day on Guitar/Uke

Does anyone know the chords to Bret's Day on guitar or uke? I'd really love it for uke, but will take anything :)

On off chance I looked on Ultimate Guitar and someone actually posted the tab, lol.

I hope someone comes along and transcribes it for you. Unfortunately I know nothing about ukes.

Kelly, even though they're guitar chords, couldn't you use the same chord names and play the uke chords (however they're fingered for uke)? Wouldn't a G or a D chord have the same basic sound on each instrument, even if they're fingered differently? The chords shown seem basic. It at least might be a start. :dunno:

I don't think so Bro, she's a Lady, Lady, Lady, Lady
No, no, she's a fish that's just a little bit
La-dy-ish! Yeah!

That's awesome that you're learning to play that song. I would try and learn it on my piano but I can't read music. The irony!

I can't read music either. Do they write tab for piano? I seem to recall seeing it.

I'm going to try! I'm going to print these off and take them with me on vacation.

I'm hoping to come back knowing how to play it - though I don't think all of the chords match up evenly going from guitar to uke...*shrug* I'm pretty good by ear...

Why don't you play it by ear?

And learning to read music, at least in it's simplest form, is not that hard
