I would definitely go and see them wherever they choose to play in London and if they do play huge venues in London, I'd be willing to travel a little further afield to see them elsewhere in more intimate settings as well. I also doubt that they'd play such huge arenas but because of the musical element of their shows, they might think they would be able to get away with playing in such arenas. :dunno: Also, isn’t Eddie Izzard performing at the O2 arena and Wembley Arena next month? Quite a few comedians have played at the O2 arena in the past year coming to think of it including The Mighty Boosh, Michael McIntyre and Lee Evans since I know a few people who went to see them.

Haha, I wonder where us WTFers will end up during their European tour? I went to Barcelona last year and I'd definitely be willing to go again if FOTC decide to play an intimate gig there ;)

I'm really a (fairly)newcomer, but I think their shows would be best performed in more intimate venues [s]like my living room[/s].

But if you did I'd hold you tight / Into every single night
And we'd fall asleep together / And we'd wake up in the sunlight
Well, maybe I'm a dreamer / But maybe one day you'll see / That dreams are...

Someone asked about them performing in Dublin and FOTC replied on Twitter
@sim1d Last time Bret and Jemaine played Dublin they were baa'ed off the stage. They will return 2010 for more audience sheep impressions.

From America ... well, from New Zealand, via Western World-conquering lo-fi musical parody in their HBO sitcom, the Flight of the Conchords are rumoured to be returning to Britain in the early summer.

There has been quite a lot of talk about their European tour lately. I'm hoping they announce dates really soon.

Yeah I'm sure they will. It's just the wait. I'm generally quite a patient person but not when it comes to news about this tour.

 Yeah I suppose that would make anyone impatient. I know Ive got a bit of a wait until I see them again, so Im not as anxious as you might be :D Id love to take a trip over there and see them (and lots of other things) but Im sure its not in the cards...unless I hit the lotto (although that might mean I'd have to PLAY the lotto first  )

I plan to see them this summer but I'm a bit more patient only because, I still need to save up so much more money. I read that announcement and it just made me nervous. I have $500 saved but school starts in a few weeks and most of that will probably go towards textbooks. And I still need to get a passport because I've never been out of the country. I hope early summer actually means late, late summer.

And a passport costs $100, so save up for that too.
