YouTube strikes again, saying "we have decided to block this from your computer". :witsend:
I'd love to hear it.

Just thought I'd revive this thread, as I've discovered a ton of new music and want to share:

Passion Pit - I am LOVING "Little Secrets" and "Sleepyhead". It's just fun and pretty dance-able. Also Metric, Paramore and Anberlin were recommended by a friend and I can't get enough of them.

At this very moment I'm listening to Runnin on Prototype and it's very nearly about to go over to Runnin dub :D

My new favorite "choon" at the moment is by Parallel Brass Ensemble called Weight Watchers. It's a fantastic, funky, dance number with Coco Solid!

If you don't like seeing people stuff themselves with food, maybe give the video a miss!

The High Decibels. I never say this, but I think they are going to be huge. HUGE! They're great.

Their new one, Mr. Bandman is even better.

I used to listen to Soul Coughing way back when and just discovered (about 10 years after the fact  )that Mike Doughty (the lead singer) left the band and is releasing solo material .....

This is a sweet sweet cover of Mary J. Blige's Real Love (whom I also )

Panda..ness: The Horrors are one of the thousand squillion bands I 'know of' and have never checked out (until now, thanks!). I like them. :)

I've had the Buena Vista Social Club album on repeat all day today. It's nearly always the first album I reach for when the sun comes out. :D

I'm mellowing out to The Temper Trap right now. I bought the album on a whim not too long ago and really like it!

Last weekend while driving to NYC, I listened to my faithful "road tunes":

Traffic - John Barleycorn Must Die
Quincy Jones - Back On The Block
Simon and Garfunkel - Bookends
Billy Joel - Stormfront
Janis Ian - Between The Lines
New York Voices

Love 'em all. :thumb:

I've been getting into a major Cirque du Soleil listening phase now that the tent for the soon-to-be-premiered show has just been set up. I've also checked out the soundtrack to another non-Cirque show that features both a former director and a former composer for several shows. The track Samurai is especially stunning. (It was also used in the trailer for Far Side of the Moon, and the director/lead actor in the film is directing the new show.)
If you don't know the answer, change the question.

I freaking LOVE Traffic.

Tonight this popped into the my head:

I e-mailed it to my Goddaughter and said: Because, as your Fairy Godmother, it's my job to influence you in important spiritual ways and this is proof that God loves us

I know that I should go to bed but I can't stop watching Led Zeppelin Youtube Clips. In My Time of Dying, Bring it on Home, We're Gonna Groove, it's just so freaking AWESOME!
