It would be three days before my birthday, and my husband says if I can find the cash for it, I can go. You know I will. If it happens.

Same. It would directly clash with two of my labs during summer semester. But for FOTC? I'd skip one day for them  I'm hoping if there IS a second date, that it's on that Sunday or Monday so I can not have to miss ANY days of school, but if I have to, I'm going to

Yeah I felt lucky to be able to see them at the Schnitzer, I think that held something like 2300. Not as small as Amsterdam though. *tries to squash ugly jealous feelings* ;)

Imagine seeing them at The Largo. ::sigh:: It seats less than 200 people.

I'm imagining it and it's lovely. *sigh*

I think instead of doing short tours at giant places, they should just tour for an entire year (or two) and play many, many small places. :thumb: Those lazy Conchords. :hrmpf: ;)

I know.....they could tour the US, UK, NZ, Aus, Norway, Spain, Scotland, Ireland, and wherever any other WTFers happen to live :P and just stay with us overnight after putting on a live, private show. They'd get lovely meals, get to meet their fans, see the world....

Ooh, yes, and they could sing their unfinished songs, like "Someone Ate My Cake Again", and we could enjoy a private show, like Tracy and Kipper!

Shut. Up.

If this is a hoax I am going to be sporting some major crankypants.

If it is true then a happy dance will be in order.

Then the scheming on how the heck to make it happen...

p.s.

CJ and LauraK? Staying in MI? Um, no. Youse guys are coming too!

I have several friends from the Gary/East Chicago area. I always giggle when any one of them say "Youse"

Yeah If I can somehow magically get the money for a plane ticket, Id soooo be there. Hubby even has an aunt and uncle that live in Oakland, so I potentially would even have a free place to stay...Its that fargin plane ticket that's the trouble :(
