Wow Venus! Awesome write ups of the gig and meet and greets  I'm so happy you have been able to go to the shows and write up such detailed accounts for us--I really appreciate it :D

Thanks to Rachel and minilea as well. All of your perspectives put together make such a great total picture!

The flash just made the releftors glow, which I metnioned to him and he said "oh yeah, it's military made, so they can track you whilst you run through the forest as they can make it light up" and a girl we were stood with believed him and said "oh my, really?" to which he replied "... no"

Another great write up Venus and lovely photos *right click, saves*
I'm still surprised that the video has over 350 views and that if you type my name along with fotc it pops up (which is how my dad found it). Little things, eh?

Once again, a great report, Venus.
Minilea, my fingers are crossed for Wembley!
Rachel, I enjoy watching you in that video so much! IYou looked so at ease with them! It amazes me that both Nigel and Bret were noodling to a song popular in the twenties. I could watch that video all day, as they work out those chords.

 Arj has the jacket halo on all my pics!

Thanks Aimee, although Venus and Rachel have really done all the hard work retelling the wonderous events of Hammermith! And thanks Nancy! I've got my beady eye on tickets right now! Unfortunately not face value but my dedication to the boys is over-ruling my heeeed!

I'm glad you all enjoyed reading my account. My recaps are incredibly long so apologies to those who are put off by it. I guess I could go on and on about them for ages! ;)

Yes, it was my camera's flash that caught the strip on Arj's jacket!

I'll put up the pics I took with them and a a few others soon. Probably on facebook though. ;)

It would be brilliant to see you again rachel and minilea if you manage to get tickets for Wembley. Let me know when/if you manage to get tickets. :)

Hellohello I'm new here.

What a gig! Highlights for me were the brilliant rendition of Inner City Pressure, the singalong, Bret taking pictures of his sugalumps and the line in Hurt Feelings: "That motherf*cker's been simmering for an hour 45!".

I saw Arj lurking at the back of stage during sugalumps; he seemed uncertain to when he should come on, but I think he got his cue eventually!

I saw Jonathan Ross and family driving away once I left, and I also saw the person that went onto stage to try and get a setlist :worry: .

It seemed like they must have been running out of time on the night. Songs like Jenny and Hiphopopotamus seemed rushed and as I saw from the setlist earlier in this thread, they had some more songs lined up, but oh well!

Hi there, edmedmoped! Welcome to the forum. Feel free to introduce yourself here. :)

Haha, oh yes I loved that part in Hurt Feelings as well! Yeah that girl was eager to get a setlist by running across the stage but then completely bottled out.

Hey there, edmedmoped! Glad to have you here. Tell us more about yourself on the Intro thread, as Venus suggested. I look forward to seeing you around these parts. :D

Holy crud he looks good. Love the jacket. Looks like he's wearing the sweater underneath that he wore in Berkeley. What's in the bag I wonder?

Possibly, Nancy. I didn't see when he got the bag. I wonder what's in there too.

Yeah, he looked great. I love the jacket he was wearing that night and he was showing a bit of chest too. ;)
