First of all, it took forever for me to find what you were talking about, and even following the directions, I can't get a single sound. :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang: :bang:

It strums just by passing your mouse over it. This may be a stupid question but do you have your volume muted or turned down low?

I plucked the strings with my mouse, but apparently you can use keyboard shortcuts. Here's how: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2386684,00.asp

I have my speakers up to 100%, dragged the curser across, and still have yet to hear a sound. :dunno: I guess it's not for me to hear or play.

As some of you may have seen on FB I will be attending a rubber duck race next weekend. My duck is currently immersed in an intense training regimen designed for optimum results. He may look harmless but The J Duck is steadfastly focused on the goal - complete annihilation and utter devastation of the competition!! :hammer:

Should you be curious about how such a race is run the following video may provide answers. Be forewarned, the extreme competitive nature of this competition is not for the faint of heart.

That's hilarious! And I saw a couple of sneaky types under the trees chucking a duck in half-way through! :que:
I reckon MEGADUCK would've blitzed the competition though...

I hope the luscious lips and fluffy chest hair don't make him front-heavy and create drag...... ;)

What's the Grand Prize for 1st place? Looks like fun. :)

We have a similar race (only ours is with little plastic sailboats) that runs from the cove to the bay, traveling under the bridge that's on the main street in Wickford,in my old town. It really is hysterical, with many boats biting the dust trying to make it out from under the bridge. We've had as many as 2,500, which is outrageous.

SW, will you have a crowded field for the J-Duckk? :rolls:

Maybe sex appeal is enough to propel him to the front. He has a slightly different shape than the one my mother got. He's a bit more squat. I wonder if that will work for or against him in competition.

We decorated their bums so they look good coming and going.

I have no idea what first prize is.

Have you done a test-float in the tub? :)

I dunno...maybe all that sex-appeal will draw the female duckies to him and that could be a good or bad thing depending on where he is when they notice. :hrm: They could propel him forward or they could surround and slow him down.

Nice bums...is Jemallard in the military? Looks like he's a corporal.... ;)

Boy I just watched the video of 2010 - that is waaayyy too much human intervention!
Even the entrance into the water could be fatal. We have them corraled together in one spot with styrofoam buoys, (but we're in salt water where there's a tide to help the flow) and when it's time to start, they're released toward the finish line. There's too much "helping" going on there, unless you're friends with the "pushers", heh, heh. :eyelashes:

They could have made things easier by choosing a part of river that was a little more vibrant. A waterfall would have been nice too. If the ducks move at a snails pace I'm actually glad there is human intervention coz I don't intend to sit there for hours as ducks leisurely drift to a finish line.
