It was one of the major highlights of the evening for me.
It was nice that the venue was so close to where I live since it was in the middle of the week and I had to work, so I wasn't too late getting to the show. It's actually not in Denver at all, but Englewood. Hannibal Buress kept saying it was nice to be in "sort of Denver". It's true, a lot of us live in "sort of Denver".
There was a point in the show where they called out one of the security guys, asking him if he was the head of security since he had on a white shirt and what his major crime busting move was. The guy did some kind weird karate move where he bent over and Jemaine made some remark about the crack service (he was kinda of a bigger dude). I thought the security boy next to me was going to fall on the floor, he was laughing so hard.
Haha, love how they're interacting with the security guys during the tour. At least they're trying to make light of the strict rules but it is a shame that most audience members can't take their own photos and videos for memories.
Some of you may remember that in 2009, Bret and Jemaine visited Rockmount Ranch Wear in Denver. Well, Jemaine returned to the store while he was in town (the last pic).
Nope, we didn't get 1353. At one point he said something to Bret about what song to do next...a newer one or ? And they didn't do it. It was near the end of the hour, I think. I was super-bummed because of the 3, that's the one I most wanted to see live.
But in our Flashdance, he didn't have on legwarmers- just bare-nekkid ligs. That's where I really missed not being able to attempt picture-taking...

Did he really? That's pretty funny.
Laura, I totally wish I could have taken some pics during Flashdance too. I didn't have the greatest seats in the world, but I could have attempted to take some awesome pics of J in his crop top and shorts that were falling off. Ahhh, the memories...
