Hi all!

Does anyone know when we can pick up tickets for tonight's show? Is the ticket wicket open all day, or only an hour or two before the show?

Thanks thanks!

Are we all mad stooooooooked for the show??!!

^ Here's what it states on the Massey Hall website. Perhaps someone from yesterday's show can confirm?

So looking forward to it! I will be in sixth row on the centre aisle.

Note: All tickets sold for rows A-O (floor) must be picked up at the Box Office on night of show, beginning at 6:30pm. Credit card holder must claim tickets and will require confirmation number, photo ID and credit card. Credit Card Holder and all members of your party must be present to claim tickets and gain entry to Massey Hall. Once you have entered the venue, you will be directed into the building immediately and re-entry will not be permitted. TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE. THE CREDIT CARD HOLDER MUST BE ONE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE PARTY ATTENDING THE SHOW. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Hrm. I was wondering about that. What if you were really sick or something and just gave your credit card and ID to someone to get your tickets. No good? I mean, if someone has your CC and ID surely they know you?

Does anybody know of a good place near Massey to have a bite or drink before the show?

We ate & drank at Fran's, directly across the street from Massey. Get there before 6pm if you don't want to wait for a table; it got quite busy!

I don't know about Massey hall but Radio City policy was supposed to be that they checked photo id and credit cards for the will call tickets. When it came down to it though the guy at the ticket counter just asked for my credit card and didn't even ask for my id. They also gave me the next day's tickets early. I guess some places enforce the policies and some don't.

It's probably just to sound big and bad so people don't do it - enforcing that would be a PAIN! To do all those things it would take HOURS for Massey to seat all those people. HOURS. But probably by setting a stern policy like that, any scalpers who read that will be like "eff that" and move on :dunno:

That's probably the intention.

I had to sell my Ryman tickets (boo hoo hoo... that still stings) and they were in the ninth row. I called the ticket office a few weeks before the show and told them I couldn't go and I had to sell my tickets and what should I do. I was able to switch the tickets over to my friend's name via the phone. He had no problem. I imagine it varies from venue to venue, though.

I just heard that the guys stopped the show to wait for some dude to get back from the toilet. :rolls:

God, I love those guys!
