:rolls: How on earth would you keep your camera steady?

Bret definitely has a great future ahead of him as a limbo entertainer.
That's the conclusion that I've come to, but...

THANK YOU..to everyone involved in this happening..
But if you did I'd hold you tight / Into every single night
And we'd fall asleep together / And we'd wake up in the sunlight
Well, maybe I'm a dreamer / But maybe one day you'll see / That dreams are...

Oh man......when Bret did that crotch-thrust limbo-thingy right in front of me I felt weird enough just taking a pic. There's no way I could've held steady and kept filming! Bravo!!

Can't wait to hear accounts from our peeps.....:)

Hey everyone! I haven't had a chance to read through the Seattle threads yet, but I just got home and thought I'd post about the two shows I saw.

The show was really awesome. There was a ton of energy - both with the crowd (who weren't as rude as I expected - in fact, they were totally fine, hardly any heckling). The vibe in the whole room was more energetic than Vancouver - which had more of a mellow, laid back vibe. It was actually awesome to get to see the two shows back-to-back because of the difference in vibe. This time we got to hear more newer songs, including Carol Brown. Two audience requests were played, Epileptic Dogs (awesome!) and a really, really bitchin' version of Free Bird. (We were in stitches!) Sexy Lady/Sugalumps was out of control awesome - more energetic than Vancouver, and more raunchy, but they stuck to the stage center and didn't really come out into the crowd (though, of course, Bret pulled a girl up and did the whole "whoooa!" thing). The gold and zebra pants totally made an appearance during the encore, Demon Woman, and it was pretty intense. Oh and Arj totally slayed the audience at the opening - his set was longer than in Vancouver, but totally left out the GORP/Muir joke that bombed in Canada (location, location, location, dude!). Also they were extremely strict with cameras. No photos period.

After the show, I ran into some friends of friends (Behnaz and Jesse). We were going to go for drinks but they wanted to stick around to see if the guys came out. Since they didn't have cameras, I offered to stick around take the pic. We found Arj in the lobby and they chatted with him for a bit, I took their photo and we moved outside. It didn't take long at all for Jemaine to come out. The line moved really quickly, as the security limited the fans to group photos only, no signing. So when it got to Behnaz and Jesse's turn, Jemaine looked at me, kinda confused, and said "oh! you're taking the photo!" I snapped the pic, said "thanks! see you later" and we turned to walk away. Jemaine looked like he was waiting for us (myself & my friend Sara) to jump in for a pic, but as we moved to the side, he said to us, "oh, I guess you got yours yesterday" and smiled. We didn't stick around to see if Bret came out because it seemed unlikely, as Jemaine was probably out 15 minutes or so already with no sign of Bret.

I didn't have internet access and couldn't remember for the life of me the bar Rhymnoceros had suggested, so we ended up going to this place called Von's for drinks. :)

Dandy, you are a far, far better person than I. Another photo op with Jemaine? Yep....taking it. :) He's probably going to move you into the Top 10 friends at MySpace! :yawinkle:

I'm so happy that you got to see 3 shows......my goodness! :supz: Yes, I'm a bit jealous but in that way you get with people you like, not in that "grrrr" kinda way. :D

(Remember, at our show they came out totally separate. Bret first and then Jemaine about 40 minutes after Bret had gone back inside.)
