May 11 2009 - Seattle Washington

Postby Cuse » Fri Apr 17, 2009 7:30 pm

Didn't see a thread, so here it is.

I'm interested in going. No ticket info on Ticketmaster or Livenation. Are they only sold through the Paramount Theater web site? None available there at the moment.

Looking to buy 1 in the first 15 rows, or so. For all 3 days.

Yeah. I was able to get Philly tickets, but not Boston. So I feel a little empty inside. lol

Going to try to do a little Portland/Seattle/Vancouver mini-tour. I've never been to the NorthWest, so it could be really fun to try to get this done.

Crossing fingers.

I'll cross mine for you as well!
And trust me, if I had the where-with-all to do it, I'd be right there with ya, buddy!
Good luck! Keep that streak going!

I think they may only be on sale at the Paramount's website. We purchased our tickets the first day that I saw them online and they were already sold out for the 11th and 12th. Luckily they added the 13th.

I can't wait to see them!

Okay ...

I'm sharing this bit of info 'cause it's very far to travel to Seattle for tickets in the 20th row. But the Paramount web site is selling tickets in Row X and U right NOW.

Please keep me in mind if you hear of any single tickets in the first 15 rows. :(

The tickets are only on sale through the Paramount. Also, all tickets in the first 15 rows were sold as only available via will-call AND you have to show the credit card used to purchase and a photo ID to pick them up. This was at the guys' request to try and stop scalping. I would imagine that there will be tickets available outside the Paramount just before the show as scalpers probably still gobbled some up. I mean I was online right when they went on sale and got the 7th row for May 11th and the 12th row for May 12th. I was hoping for closer, but at least I will be fairly close :)

When they opened the May 13th show, I was so tempted, but since I am seeing them in Denver and Salt Lake City the following weekend, I thought I would leave this show out for some other fan to get a chance to see them.

If anyone is going to the May 11th or May 12th shows and wants to meet up before or after for drinks, let me know!!!

I hope you can find some tickets, Cuse!!!

Haha. So I get a Craigslist email from a guy selling Row U and X. For $90 each. The same tickets I passed on when I found them on the Paramount website cause they were too far.

:brick:

Edit: I sent someone *from that other conchords board* an email who was looking for Seattle tickets when I found those. Luckily she bought 4 before this scalper guy got to 'em.

Let's do this thing! There are a few good bars within walking distance. I like:

The former better than the latter :)

Sounds like a plan! The Hideout seems like a good choice for post show meet up & drinks. (open 'til 2am!)

I hope they will.. and that Jemaine says "Hey Sarah!" when he sees Dandy..and that they hang around for a bit afterwards.. That would make me very happy for her.
But if you did I'd hold you tight / Into every single night
And we'd fall asleep together / And we'd wake up in the sunlight
Well, maybe I'm a dreamer / But maybe one day you'll see / That dreams are...
